The Solution

The project scope included constructing a fully fire-rated structure to ensure maximum safety and compliance with all regulations. Key features of the installation involved integrating advanced sprinklers and M&E systems to enhance fire protection and operational efficiency.

Additionally, we constructed a fire-rated staircase enclosure and provided column protection to safeguard structural integrity. Shelving was installed around the perimeter of both floors to optimise storage and organisational capacity.
