The Brief
The team at Wenzel originally approached aci to quote for the refurbishment of office space they were looking to lease in Nottingham.
However, after surveying the space and conversing with Wenzel on their needs, it was quickly established that this space was too large for them.
The Solution
With that in mind, aci quoted to complete the conversion of Pear Tree Yard’s ground floor space, as it was soon realised that this was the perfect space for their team to grow for the next 10 years.
aci worked with the team at Wenzel to design and fit out the downstairs space at Pear Tree Yard, including the removal of existing partitions, decoration works, electrical works to ensure the space was completely fit for purpose.
We originally approached aci to quote for the fit-out works for a much larger space in Nottingham, however, the team quickly pointed out that the space would be much too large for us (even taking into account expansion plans)! We were then informed about the availability of ground floor space at Pear Tree Yard, and after a few discussions and designs, we contracted them to complete the alterations to ensure the space suited our needs. We are absolutely thrilled with the space, and aci have done a fantastic job from start to finish!
