I felt that this was a good time to do a blog post, i don’t do enough of these but felt that the time was right.
The market is starting to blossom, we are hearing this all the time on the news etc. but what how does that feel in the real world?
The last few weeks in September are always busy with new enquiries due to decision makers getting back in front of their desk and companies starting to get things actioned but this year things are feeling a little different. We’ve seen an uplift in enquiries for our office fit out services and also for our mezzanine floors — a signal that managers are looking at how they can expand their operation.
We are starting to see companies expanding and retail outlets linked to movement and improvement in the housing market growing and more importantly spending. This can only be down to increased confidence in the market and the thoughts that better news is over the horizon.
Currently we are delivering several of these projects from very high end fashion retail to basic commodity housing materials suppliers and the enquiries keep coming.
Fingers crossed this will continue for some time to come . . .
